Here at The Funky Filly we want our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online! 


Our return policy is as follows:
If you feel the item is not right for you, we are happy to exchange, or provide STORE CREDIT ONLY. For STORE CREDIT you will need to contact us within 7 business days of receiving the item. This ONLY applies to full price items only. No credits or exchanges on Sale Items or Tanners. For exchange or credit, you need to contact us and return the item within 7 days of receiving the
item. Any returned item must be in perfect condition, with no damage or stains to the item. Any credit amount will be less the shipping charge. We HIGHLY recommend you use a registered mail or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit back to us.
Exchange items will be processed as a new sale and a return. Place and pay for a new order online or via email, and return the original item, to be exchanged, for store credit. Shipping Charges will be waived if only the returned item is faulty
Any credit issued must be used within 90 days. Credits are only processed once the original item has been returned to us. If you exchange an item we cannot guarantee your size will still be available. If the size you are needing is not available you will be issued store credit. If you are returning shoes, the shoe box may not be used as the sole shipping container. The box must be placed in another box or ploy mailer as the shoe box is considered part of the
product. If your item is returned to us for any of the following reasons: INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, UNABLE TO FORWARD, INCORRECT ADDRESS, INCORRECTLY ENTERING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS OR
OTHERWISE UNDELIVERABLE; the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item back to you.

Please let us know Via email, Private Message, or DM if you are returning or exchanging an Item so we can be on the lookout! All items being returned must be in new condition. Absolutely no visible stains, scent, wear, animal hair, smoke or defect. The Post Mark Date MUST be within the 7-day time frame of
receiving the item or your return WILL NOT be Accepted. There is no Refund on Return shipping!

Our goal at The Funky Filly Boutique is to deliver your purchase as quick as possible. All orders have a processing time of 24-48 hours, and delivery time between 2-7 business days. You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order. The Funky Filly Boutique cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the process of shipment. Once an item has been marked delivered by USPS we cannot be held responsible. It is then up to you to contact your local Post Office for information.
